High Thoughts
Is this legal?
Totally legal! Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp products (like CBD, hemp clothing, and other goodies) are good to go in the U.S., as long as they have less than 0.3% THC (the stuff that gets you high).
The bill basically gave hemp the green light, making it legal on a federal level. Some states have their own rules, so it’s always smart to double-check local laws.
Bottom line: if it's THCa, your'e in the clear.
What's the difference between THCa and THC?
THC is what gets you high, while THCa is the “raw” version that doesn’t. THCa only turns into THC when heated (like when you smoke or vape it). So, THCa won’t get you buzzed unless it’s heated up. Simple as that!
WIll I pass a drug test?
If you’re using products with THCa, you’ll likely fail a drug test. Even though THCa itself doesn’t get you high, it can turn into THC (the stuff that shows up on a drug test) when heated—and THC is what’ll make you fail.
So, if you’ve got a drug test coming up, skip the THCA products and go for THC-free options instead. Always check the lab results (COAs) to be sure.
Will this get me blazed?
You bet it will. 😎
